Shipping Policy

As shipping charges continue to rise, we regret to inform you that free shipping is no longer available. However, we have made the decision to maintain the lowest possible shipping rate for your convenience. Despite the potential increase in shipping costs on our end, we will ensure that you are not burdened by them.

So, we offer flat rate shipping at only $7.99 when you place your order. 

We will make a diligent effort to ship your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. All order are shipped in 3 business days.


We ship our orders via USPS and you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. *Please note that once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address.*

We now ship to Canada.

KeenaBela Return Policy

You have 30 days to return an item for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days. Garments should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in their original condition, packaging and with all tags attached. Please include original order packing slip in your return.  Please take care of your Bela Loungewear pieces when trying the garments on. We ask that you be mindful of make-up, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains; in addition, we ask that you try on any bottoms over underwear


KeenaBela reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in "re-sale condition". Items that are deemed not fit for re-sale will be discarded and no refund will be issued.

Items excluded from returns

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Underwear garments cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

You will receive a full refund of your order (except for the shipping costs).

Request For Return & Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you have incurred. Please note, that we cannot refund shipping charges.

Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items.


If we ship you a defective garment, the wrong color or size, meaning if we made a mistake with your order, we will accept full responsibility, and  send you a return shipping label.  All garments are thoroughly checked before shipping.


Emailing us at  within seven days of  of receiving your merchandise, if you have any issues with your order, want to return it, or with any Questions you may have. we will respond within two business days. You can also reach us at 404 892 5030 we would love to hear from you, but would prefer you emailing us.


 If a return label was issued, please send your return back to us within two weeks.
