Due to the continued rise in shipping costs, we no longer offer free shipping. However, to support our customers, we've maintained our flat-rate shipping at just $7.99.

All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 3 business days. We make every effort to ensure your package arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

We ship via USPS, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
While USPS is our standard shipping method, expedited options such as FedEx and UPS (including overnight delivery) are also available upon request. Please note that any special shipping service must be selected and paid for at the time of checkout.
Please note: Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. ​

We want you to love your KeenaBela pieces, but if for any reason you need to make a return, we're here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Guidelines:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
. Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
. In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
. Accompanied by the original packing slip.
We kindly ask that you:
. Try on bottoms over your underwear
. Avoid stains from make-up, deodorant, perfume, or animal hair.
Final Sale & Non- Returnable Items.
. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
. Underwear garments are non-returnable.
. Items returned with visible wear, damage, or not in resale condition will be refused or discarded.
. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Do not send back merchandise without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
