Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. When you place your order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. Please note once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address. We ship most orders via USPS, you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Keenabela Return Policy

Keenabela.com will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise for a refund or store credit. Please take care when trying on our garments, be mindful of make-up, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. make sure to try on any bottoms over underwear. Keenabela reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable conditions. Items that are deemed not salable will be discarded. Keenabela will not send these items back. We ask if the items are not in an unworn condition, do not return them.
 

Request a return Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA) by emailing us at Returns@keenabela.com we will respond within one business day, send your return back to us within two weeks of the receiving date. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. If you would like to exchange and item, we kindly ask that you return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Return For Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you have incurred. Please note, that we cannot refund shipping charges. Send Returns to
